Providing on-site management of a large aviation project involves several key responsibilities and tasks to ensure the smooth operation and satisfactory outcome of the maintenance event.

• Provide work order approvals in real-time
• Daily auditing of labor 
• Maintain clear and effective communication with all stakeholders, including the project management team, engineers etc. This ensures everyone is informed about the status of maintenance activities and any potential issues are addressed quickly.

If a critical project is off track, our team will assess the situation, implement corrective actions, and provide stability to get you back in the air.
